Turnaround Time

Our goal is to complete all orders within 2 weeks, once we receive an order and the logo or design is approved and payment is received. All orders are completed as quickly as possible. Shipping will add additional time to the order. You will be notified if an order will require more time.  Please allow a minimum of 3-4 weeks for a larger order or hard to procure items. Depending on availability, some orders can be turned around in a few days.  Occasionally, an item may be backordered temporarily. You will be informed and you may be offered a choice of an alternative item or longer delivery time.

We do not stock most items. As orders are received, the items then are ordered. Local suppliers are used when possible, to shorten the delivery time. If an order is required by a specific date, please indicate the date on the order form. We will do the best we can to make sure you receive your order in time. If it is not possible to complete the deadline, we will notify you and cancel the order.

Shipping policy

We typically ship UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer another method of shipping, you can state that on the order.

Tip: Items weighing less than 5 pounds will generally cost less and arrive within 2-3 days if you choose USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders will generally cost less shipping via UPS Ground and should arrive in up to 2- 7 days, depending on location.

You may request expedited delivery at your expense, buy please keep in mind ONLY the delivery process will be expedited.

All orders are shipped from Medway, MA 02053.

Payment Options

Credit Cards: We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express by phone, fax, mail and in person.

Checks: We accept personal and business checks.  Returned checks will delay the process your order. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.  Complete payment will be required to finish the order.

Payments are required for orders to be processed. On a large order a 50% deposit may start the order and complete payment due before shipping or at time of pickup.

Return Policy

Returns on decorated items are accepted ONLY if we have shipped defective merchandise OR made a mistake in the embroidery. Please check sizes, colors, and spellings of names carefully.
Undecorated items may be returned at your expense within 10 days of receipt.

Items must be in original pre-shipped condition. Items that have been worn or altered will not be accepted. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be made after we have received and inspected the goods.  A restocking fee may apply.

If there is a problem, please call or email us so we can prepare in making adjustments or getting a replacement while the returning item is in transit.

Sales Tax

A 6.25% sales tax will be added to Massachusetts orders on non-wearables, such as bags, blankets and chairs.  When shipping to other states, individual state tax laws will be followed.

Privacy Policy

JTstitches respects your privacy. JTstitches does not buy, sell, or share email addresses or identifiable information, regarding its customers in any way. Any information collected regarding our customers is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used outside JTstitches without your notification and permission.

Order Acceptance

JTstitches reserves the right, to refuse service to any user or limit the order quantity on any items we deem necessary. Verification of information prior to acceptance or any order may be required. No international orders will be accepted.
